    Does the Haunted Mansion get a Nightmare Before Christmas makeover like it's California counterpart? Planning 1st WDW vacation for mid to late Oct. love the panel, you ladies (and gentleman) rock!!

    The Nightmare Before Christmas overlay on the Haunted Mansion only takes place in the Disney parks in California and Japan between October and December, not at Walt Disney World in Florida. The WDW Haunted Mansion did undergo a substantial rehab within the past year and the ride is in great shape. I hope you enjoy it!
