Hello there, Alice!
Thanks for reaching out to planDisney to help you “
find your happily ever after.” One of my favorite Disney memories includes sitting at a fireworks dessert party and turning to see my family of 20 turn into pixie dust as they watched the
“Happily Ever After” nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park.
Like you, I’m “
ready to begin…” my fireworks dessert party
Enchanting Extras Collection booking. However, we both need a bit of patience because although the Walt Disney World Resort has announced that Happily Ever After
fireworks dessert parties will begin on April 3, 2023, we need to check the website for reservation details to become available.
I’ll be checking to see if reservations become available on the
My Disney Experience app at least twice a day before my vacation to book a spot at one of these parties. Now that we are within the 60 days before arrival window, you should be able to make a reservation as soon as it becomes available to book. When it comes to making
advanced dining reservations or booking Enchanting Extras, most reservations become available online at 6:00 a.m. EST, and some select restaurants take reservations as early as 5:45 a.m. EST. I don’t know if this will be the case for “Happily Ever After.” Don’t worry if you miss out on reserving a spot as soon as reservations are released because I’ve had some last-minute luck booking fireworks dessert party reservations a day or two before my vacation. It’s always worth checking back to see if a spot becomes available.
Nothing beats enjoying some bubbly and desserts before or after a nighttime spectacular and getting a prime viewing location for the fireworks display. In the past, I’ve enjoyed the Fireworks Dessert After-Parties (rather than the Pre-Parties) since you can take your time indulging in the delicious treats after the fireworks display, and you can hang out in Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant while crowds leave the park.
As Princess Tiana says, “
[we’re] almost there!”
