Oi Thiago!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your question about Disney Park Pass reservations. The
Walt Disney World Resort began utilizing the
Disney Park Pass system in order to maintain social distancing guidelines as well as promote the safety and wellbeing of visitors and Cast Members alike. In order to enter the theme parks, you must make a Disney Park Pass Reservation, and have a
valid ticket associated with your account.
I can totally understand the need to consider last-minute cancelations when dealing with a small child. We have had instances similar to yours, and have had to cancel our Disney Park Passes the day of, due to an illness or fatigue. At this time, if you cannot attend the theme park you have booked for the day, there is no penalty. Keep in mind that you do have the entire day to opt to visit the parks if your little one is up to it later on. Also, if you have a park hopper, you must tap into the theme park you have a reservation for first, then you can hop to another park later on. Be sure to visit us at
planDisney to have your Disney planning questions answered em português.
