What happens when you cancel a Disney reservation if tickets are non-refundable?

Welcome to planDisney, Janet! Thank you for stopping by and for your question!

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can always use them at a later date, Janet. The only thing you can cancel is your theme park reservation. If you need to reschedule your visit to Disneyland Resort, you can call the Tickets office at (714) 781-4636. You can also go to your Disneyland Mobile app. Once you have rescheduled your vacation, don't forget to book your new theme park reservations, so that you can visit the parks of your choice on the days you want!

Janet, whenever you decide to visit Disneyland, I hope it is a vacation to remember always! It truly is the Happiest Place on Earth, and as my pal Mickey Mouse says, we hope to see you real soon!
