What happens if I cancel my Disney pass?

Greetings, Ashley, and welcome to planDisney. Just like Pocahontas, we never know what's around the river bend, so I understand how plans need to be changed sometimes. So, although it makes me sad to talk about canceling any Disneyland Resort plans, let's see what we can do to maneuver the always-changing and always-flowing river.

Ashley, I'm not sure what Disney pass type you're referring to, so I'll cover a few options. First, if you'd like to cancel a Theme Park Ticket, those are nonrefundable. Instead, I suggest moving your dates to a better time. You can also call the Tickets line and speak to a friendly Cast Member for help and suggestions for your situation if you'd like.

If you want to cancel a Theme Park Reservation, you can visit the Ticket and Reservation tab when you hover over the My Disneyland tab online. You can cancel a reservation and then book a new one for a date that works better for you. Remember, you need a valid Theme Park Ticket and a Theme Park Reservation to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.

Finally, if you'd like to cancel your Magic Key Pass, these are nonrefundable and nontransferable. So you would simply let your pass expire and not renew it.

Ashley, I hope you find a way to paint with all the colors of the wind and return to the Happiest Place on Earth soon. Please stop by planDisney with any questions. We'd love to help!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
