    Does this happen often? We are coming to Disney the week between Xmas and New Year's. I was sent a email today offering us a FREE upgrade to a delux resort. We orginally booked the POP and now are staying at the POLY. I had several to choose from.

    WOW! It sounds like you had some magical pixie dust sprinkled on an already special trip! While upgrades do happen (as you've just seen first-hand), they are impossible to predict when, where, or why they happen! BUT, they do make for some extra special memories!

    I hope you have a great stay at the Polynesian! Be sure to check out the views of Wishes! and the Electrical Water Pageant from the beach. Both are so much more fun when viewed from a hammock, or even, from inside the pool!
