Hi there, Maryia! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you stopped by with your question!
I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort! With your trip only a few weeks away, you must be feeling a little like
Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight. I'd love to help you with your tickets so you can continue putting the finishing touches of pixie dust onto your magical vacation!
Maryia, Guests can typically link their tickets to their
My Disney Experience account through the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. However, since your ticket was originally purchased prior to 2010, you might have the best experience by
calling a Cast Member in Existing Tickets. They will be able to help you with the best options that are available to you. Just make sure that you have the ticket handy before you call so they can easily and efficiently assist you with your next steps! Please know that an
unexpired ticket has to be used by the same person who originally used the ticket. For
unused, expired tickets, the original ticket price can sometimes be applied to the price of a new ticket.
Once you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to also make your
theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system! This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit for each day of your trip (
until January 9, 2024). And take a little time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app before you arrive! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions,
mobile order food, access
virtual queues, and more. Of course, if you have any other questions as you continue to plan, please write to us again. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
