Welcome to planDisney Genevieve!
I'm so glad that you were able to take advantage of the great California Resident Park Hopper Ticket Offer! If you have two days remaining to use, you will need to utilize them before the ticket expires on May 21, 2026. Unfortunately, the unused or partially used days on your ticket do not carryover. According to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions, "no credit or refunds will be given for the non-use of any portion of a theme park ticket's entitlements." You also are not able to transfer the remaining days to another Guest. I'm sure that was not the news you wanted.
However, you do still have some remaining time! I would take a look at the
theme park reservations availability calendar and secure some theme park reservations now if you can. Plans do change for Guests, so you can always keep checking back to see if any other dates become available.
I do have one more option for you to consider, and that would be to
upgrade your ticket to a
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass. You should be able to complete the upgrade in the
Disneyland app, as long as you upgrade on or before the last valid day of use of the ticket, and before the ticket is fully used. The amount you originally paid for your California Resident ticket offer may be applied towards the upgrade to the Magic Key Pass, and the Magic Key pass will be backdated to begin on the first day that you used the original theme park ticket. You may want to explore the various Magic Key types and
benefits before making this decision, but it is nice to have another option!
I hope this information is helpful and helps you make the decision on what to do with the remaining days on your ticket, Genevieve! If we can help with any other questions you may have, please do not hesitate to
come back and ask.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
