Hi! We happen to be back in Florida for Christmas, and want to get a family picture w the castle. I found dining reservations at CP for 8 am- but it is EMH and I am not staying on site. Will they let us in before 8 am? Dec 24th MK opens at 9 (8 EMH)?

Hi Christine! How lucky that you were able to snag a Christmas Eve breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace! Guests with dining reservations may enter the Magic Kingdom before the official opening time in order to have breakfast, so you will be allowed to enter the park before 8 a.m. Just look for the Character Breakfast reservation sign when you arrive at the park or ask a cast member to direct you to the entrance for guests with pre-opening breakfast reservations. (I always bring my dining reservation confirmation number just in case I need to show it to enter the park.)

The Magic Kingdom will likely be very busy on Christmas Eve, so first thing in the morning is the best time to snap a photo of your family in front of the Castle. Of course, you'll be able to get some great pictures of your family with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace that morning too!

Wishing you a magical visit! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
