Is the Halloween party worth the extra money? I keep reading it is family friendly, but don't see a lot of detail. Where is the best place to watch the fireworks?

Hi, Penny!  My family loves Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  It is well worth the money to us for the lighter crowds, the Halloween parade, the trick or treating in a safe and friendly environment, and the terrific fun we all have!

For us, we use this as our day in the park.  We plan to sleep in, head to Downtown Disney for lunch or spend some time in the pool.  If I can get the girls to take a nap, I do, and then we head in to the Magic Kingdom at 4 o'clock.  Your party ticket allows you to enter then, so you get a few bonus hours!

We like to watch the fireworks from the top of Main Street - right where you come into the park.  It gives us a good view of the castle as well as the fireworks.

    Have a great visit!
