My Halloween baby will be turning 6 this year at Disney World. What are some things I can do to make her day extra special?

    Hi Odeah!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to celebrate both Halloween and a birthday! I think a great way to mark both occasions would be at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This specially ticketed event is the perfect way to enjoy all of the tricks and treats that Magic Kingdom has to offer. Your entire family can come in their costumes for trick-or-treating fun. You will be able to see your favorite Disney Characters in their costumes celebrating the festivities in Mickey's "Boo to You" Halloween Parade. The Disney Villains will even take over the fireworks show and make it Happy HalloWishes. Our family can't wait to go! Stop at Guest Relations on your way into the park and pick up a complimentary birthday Celebration button for your daughter to wear on her costume so Cast Members and Guests alike help make her day extra special!

Every birthday needs a cake, including this one. Tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party grant entry to Magic Kingdom beginning at 4:00 p.m. To get the most out of your evening, I would suggest having her cake celebration at lunch. You can have a specialty birthday cake delivered to any of the restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort. Just make an Advanced Dining Reservation for the restaurant of your choice and then contact the magical bakers at (407) 827-2253 to order your daughter's cake.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with as you continue your celebration! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
