Hi Gergely,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to visit
Disneyland Paris as initially planned.
One of the things I love about their ticket policy is that
dated tickets can be canceled and refunded as long as this is done at least 3 days before the date of visit. Since you've already missed your selected date a refund is no longer possible, but you may be able to apply the value paid for a different date. This is usually an option at the US Disney Parks, but unfortunately, I can't say for certain that the same policy applies at Disneyland Paris. I reviewed the
Booking Terms but this particular situation was not addressed.
Your best bet would be to
contact a Cast Member by phone for further assistance. They can be reached Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (French time). Be sure to have your original ticket confirmation email available when you call. I'm sorry I can't offer more help on my end, but they'll need to have the specifics of your tickets to determine your options, if applicable.
I'm crossing my fingers that you'll still be able to visit Disneyland Paris and soak up all the magic that awaits. If you can get things adjusted and need help planning a new itinerary, be sure to come back and let us know. Though there's never a bad time to visit,
a brand new nighttime spectacular is set to debut on January 10, 2025, and it's surely going to dazzle.
Magic and memories,
Amy
