Hiya, Danielle! I'm so glad you brought your great question to us at planDisney!
Oh boy, it sounds like you're headed to
The Most Magical Place on Earth with a whole crew very soon!
EPCOT is a wonderful park to visit in the springtime and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you visit. You won't want to miss sampling all of the outdoor kitchens and make sure you take some time to discover the character topiaries (Kermit is my favorite!).
Danielle, in order to help you with your question, here are some things you'll want to think about! First, do all of the coaches already have a
My Disney Experience account? Would you like to make all of these reservations yourself, or would you like to have a few "point people" to split up the task? If you want to book all of the reservations, do you have the names and email addresses of all the Guests in your travel party? The more information you have, the easier the process will be!
You could split the group into a few smaller groups to make planning easier. Each point person could purchase the
theme park tickets and book the Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system for the members of their group. You could also book the theme park tickets on your own, then make your Theme Park Reservations for each Guest in your travel party. However, my personal recommendation would be to
call a Cast Member at your earliest convenience. They'll be more than happy to help you purchase your tickets and make your Theme Park Reservations! When taking a peek at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, you'll want to make these reservations as soon as you're able to since the parks are booking up quickly. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, have all of your information handy and pack a little extra patience! Cast Members' help has currently been in high demand and they work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER!
Once you have the theme park tickets purchased and your Theme Park Reservations made with the Disney Park Pass system, I'd recommend taking some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app! A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
If you have any other questions, please visit us again, Danielle! After all, you've got a friend in me.
See ya real soon!
Michelle
