You guys have a wealth of knowledge. I was considering staying concierge at BC. I have read they can help with dining res and such. How does this work?I am confused if it before we arrive or upon our arrival. I am afraid of not getting the res we want.

Hi Deborah! We're so glad you've found the Moms Panel helpful -- thanks for the nice compliment!

Staying club-level is a real treat! I've had the good fortune of experiencing the Beach Club's concierge level, and it was great! When you reserve a club-level resort room, the Itinerary Planning Office for that resort generally contacts you in advance of your trip by telephone or email to offer assistance in planning your vacation. They'll book dining reservations, tours, or other events for you and can help arrange special surprises for members of your party. Often, they'll send you a form to complete and you can list all of your desired dining reservations on it; they'll call and make all the arrangements for you. I often book my trips last-minute, and sometimes, I can't find an open reservation at restaurants like 'Ohana and Cinderella's Royal Table. The concierge cast members are very diligent about constantly checking for cancellations, and they have always been able to find my family a table at those hard-to-book restaurants. In addition to assisting you with advance planning, the concierge staff can also help you with reservations and other issues while you're at the resort. This personal assistance is a nice perk of staying club-level. Of course, staying concierge has other perks too, such as the food and beverage service in the lounge and nightly turndown service.

Hope this helps! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
