HI guys, maybe you can help me. I'm buying 1 day tickets for a family of 4 for Christmas. They will be vouchers. They are also Florida residents. My question is this: Would I be able to exchange the vouchers for actual tickets on my own? Thanks!

    Hi AnnMarie,

I would like you to adopt me for Christmas. Such a wonderful gift for your family.  The memories they will make will last a lifetime.  There are some stipulations for the Florida resident passes.  Here is the information from the Disney site:

All adults who will use Florida resident tickets or passes will need to show proof of Florida residency at a theme park or water park ticket window, or at any Guest Relations location, prior to first use. Pass certificates can be exchanged for valid passes at the same locations.

Your family will need to be present to exchange their vouchers in order to show proof of residency. The vouchers themselves will still be a wonderful surprise.  Wrap them up in a big red bow and add a card that says, "Unforgettable Happens Here".

Thank you for being a fairy godmother!

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
