Hi guys! I'm planning my families first trip to DW in April. What Table Service rest. should we go to? we are staying 4 nights. Also what QS places should we go to? My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy and also likes seafood. Thanks!!

Hi Amanda! My husband is not the most adventurous eater, so I think I can give you some good recommendations for a "meat and potatoes kind of guy!"

For table service restaurants, try Le Cellier at Epcot. It features steak and seafood, and my favorite, cheese soup! Another good one in Epcot is the Rose & Crown, which features meat and potatoes as well as delicious fish and chips! (You can also find a quick service version of the fish and chips next door at the Yorkshire County Fish Shop.) 'Ohana in the Polynesian is a meat-lover's paradise, and a lot of fun for kids, who can participate in coconut races and limbo contests. A few other table-service eateries with food that might appeal to your family are the 50's Prime Time Cafe in HS, Citricos and Narcoossee's at the GF, Artist Point and the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the WL, and the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. My family's favorite buffets are Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary and Crystal Palace in the MK.

For quick service restaurants, you should try Columbia Harbour House in the MK, which features fried seafood and clam chowder. A little tip: After you get your food, head upstairs where it's much less crowded and you can often find a table by a window overlooking the MK. Another good quick service restaurant is the Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney; they have a sandwich to please everyone there!

You can find information and descriptions of the Walt Disney World restaurants, and you can view sample menus at allears.net. Have a magical first trip!
