Hi Jackie,
Thanks so much for the compliments, I'm glad we're able to help you!
Cinderella's Royal Table is a fantastic restaurant and being inside the Castle in Magic Kingdom makes it the most popular reservation in Disney. My advice for securing a dining reservation is to call 407-939-3463 at exactly 7am EST when you are 90 days before your arrival. If you're staying at a Disney hotel the date you can call is 15th June. If you're staying offsite you will need to call at exactly 90 days before your desired dining date. I use the calculator at
www.pscalculator.net to tell me the exact date to call! One thing to take into consideration is that Cinderella is only present for Breakfast and Lunch, only the Fairy Godmother is there during dinner. When you call be as flexible as possible with the times you want, for example ask for a reservation at 1pm but say you'll take anything around that time. You'll be amazed at the times I've asked for a reservation at say 1pm and have been told no but there has been an opening at 1.05pm which obviously I would of been happy to have :-)
I'm sure you'll be able to get a reservation at CRT by being flexible but if you can't Akershus is just as good. It's set in Norway in Epcot and has very similar Princesses to CRT and is a very good alternative. I would recommend Akershus over 1900 Park Fare for your daughter as although my family loves 1900 PF the characters which include the ugly step-sisters would be appreciated more by older children.
I hope you manage to secure a reservation and your daughter has a magical trip,
Jo
