Hiya Victoria,
Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, it's off to
Walt Disney World Resort you go! Just a few more sleeps until you are on the way to
The World's Most Magical Celebration! You will be thrilled to know there will be plenty of things going on during your upcoming visit.
First,
Magic Kingdom is all decked out for the Halloween festivities as the home of
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This special event occurs on select evenings, although, if you have not yet snagged tickets, the remaining parties are sold out. You could stop at Magic Kingdom Guest Relations and double check, just in case additional tickets open up. If you miss the party, no worries, you can still enjoy all the spooktacular decorations and treats offered during this bootiful time of the yEAR. For example, you can enjoy all the fantastic festivities surrounding the 50th anniversary celebration. This includes taking a spin on the new EPCOT attraction,
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It is an "out of this world" adventure alongside Star-Lord and the Guardian gang. And, don't forget to keep an eye out for the
Disney Fab 50 sculptures. We like to see who can spot them first and reward the winner with their choice of a special treat.
And, I saved the best for last! You are in time to enjoy the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. You and your taste buds can stroll around World Showcase Lagoon, purchasing delicious food and beverage options from six continents. There are so many delicious options that you will want to come hungry as it may be hard to pick a favorite. You will also want to check out the
Eat to the Beat concert line up. Iconic musicians perform on select evenings at The American Adventure stage. Grab a snack and beverage and come check out the fabulous show. Don't forget to check the
Hours & Event Calendar for theme park hours and be sure to keep an eye on
My Disney Experience mobile app to track wait times, dining availability, character interaction locations and more.
I hope this information will help you plan the most magical time. If I can help with any additional planning questions, please stop back and
see me.
T-T-F-N (Ta-Ta for now),
Margaret
