Can I guy a yellow blade lightsaber (legacey) and where ? And what is the best way to get these back to Australia

Hello there, Tegan. Welcome to planDisney. We are the panelists you're looking for and we're so glad you're here to ask us this question. It sounds like a visit to Batuu and the Black Spire Outpost are on your list of things to do for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort.

It won't be long until you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy. Not only that, you will also be venturing to a galaxy far, far away. I completely support your plan to stop by Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities for lightsaber shopping - an excellent souvenir from your visit. In this wonderful shop, you will find many different legacy lightsabers, including Rey's lightsaber hilt which illuminates yellow when a Lightsaber Blade (sold separately) is attached.

I chatted with a Cast Member who shared that this particular legacy lightsaber is currently in stock and available for purchase, however, there's no guarantee that it will still be available during your visit. It's definitely worth stopping by the shop during your visit to check. While you're in there be sure to take some time to wander and check things out. I always love seeing the Sarlacc in there. If the lightsaber you are looking for isn't available, you can also check ShopDisney to make your purchase.

If you do happen to purchase and pick one up on-site during your visit to Batuu, you unfortunately won't be able to ship this beauty back to Australia due to customs issues. My panelist pal, Al, stopped by First Order Cargo not long ago to discover this information. Depending on your airline's policies, you might be able to take your new lightsaber on board with you as a carry-on. I definitely recommend reaching out to your airline to see what is within policy.

Well, Tegan, I hope this has been helpful as you prepare for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Make sure to keep a keen eye on who else might be wandering the outpost. I've run into some pretty interesting characters during my visits to Batuu. If there's anything else you might be curious about before you visit, please come back to ask us.

May the Force be with you,
    Michelle
