Welcome BACK to
planDisney, Shelia! Thanks for stopping by with another vacation question. There are so many excellent benefits to staying in a
Disney Resort hotel, with wonderful theming found throughout the resort and rooms, refreshing swimming pools, fun activities and entertainment, plus excellent dining options. I can understand why you would want to share some of the magic by inviting Guests to visit you at your resort.
Due to
enhanced health and safety measures being implemented throughout
Walt Disney World, the theme parks and resorts that are currently open are operating with a reduced capacity. This means that Guests must have a confirmed room reservation or a confirmed dining reservation to enter a Disney Resort hotel. If you decide you would like your visitors to join you for a meal at a restaurant in your resort, they will need the confirmed dining reservation information to provide at the Security Gate. Another great option would be to meet your visitors for some shopping, dining and entertainment in
Disney Springs.
With your Walt Disney World vacation still several months away, things may change before you arrive. I highly recommend to that you continue to check the
Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page for the latest, most up to date information. Upon arrival, you will also want to ask the Front Desk Cast Member of your Disney Resort hotel if you will be allowed to have visitors. They will be able to inform you of the current policies and procedures.
I hope that this information helps you to plan your June visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth and that you have a wonderful vacation! Please stop back by
planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
