Can guests at resorts use the other resorts amenities like the pools, water slides, and beach areas ect.

Hi, Josh! In a word, "no," but there are some exceptions. First, Disney Vacation Club Members have Pool Hopping privileges during non-peak seasons to all pools except  Animal Kingdom Lodge's and the Yacht and Beach Club's. Second, Pool Hopping is allowed between All-Star Resort pools.  If you were a Guest at an All-Star Resort  and wanted to swim at another All-Star Resort pool, you could. Additionally, Guests in one section of the Port Orleans Resort (French Quarter or Riverside) can go to the pools over at the other. Last, if the pool at your resort is under repair, you will be give Pool Hopping privileges at another Resort.  Otherwise, Guests must use the pools at the Resort where they are registered.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
