We have 7 guests and 3 package confirmation numbers. We need help with accessing the sites for magicband purchase, park reservations, and adding waterpark for two of the confirmation numbers

Hey there, Donald! Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you've been making a list and checking it twice! When it comes to planning for your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth, it's always a great idea to make sure that your reservations are all linked and ready to go before you arrive. I'd love to help!

First, let's take a look at your reservations. Log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets to make sure that your vacation package, including your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, is linked. If not, make sure that you link your confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. I'm not sure who's on which reservation (if your entire travel party is one family or several different families), so you can have each family link their own confirmation number to their My Disney Experience account where applicable. You can even toggle to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker to view and manage your theme park tickets.

You can connect with all of your friends in your Family & Friends List to make planning even easier! Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Family & Friends. If you don't see all of the Guests in your travel party here, scroll down and click Add a Guest, then select how you'd like to connect to this Guest. Personally, I tend to have the best success when choosing "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation," and this should be a breeze since you already have all the reservation confirmation numbers!

Then, it's time to make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. Donald, I strongly recommend making these reservations as soon as possible since dates can quickly lose availability. In fact, you can take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see which dates and parks are still available for your trip!

You can also select your MagicBands (or a MagicBand+, if you prefer!) through your My Disney Experience account. If you and the other Guests in your travel party have linked your own vacation packages, then each group can select their MagicBands for the Guests in their personal travel party. Just hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My MagicBands and Cards

If you have any questions with the above steps or need additional assistance with your reservations, I'd highly suggest calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. They would be happy to take a peek at your reservations and make sure that everything is all set before you arrive. Be sure to have the confirmation numbers handy (as well as the names and addresses of the other Guests in your travel party, if applicable) to help the Cast Member locate the correct information.

Sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.

    Wishing you the very merriest!
