Hi. There are 8 guests in my Friends and Family plan however one guest doesnt appear to have a ticket linked to his profile. How do I do this for one guest?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lucy!

If you’ve already purchased your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets as a part of your vacation package, the ticket numbers should be linked and assigned to each Guest on your reservation. If you have another adult in your Party whose ticket is not connected, you should be able to view the ticket numbers in your My Disney Experience account to see which one is missing. Then when you add that ticket, the My Disney Experience mobile app or website will ask you which member of your Family & Friends list you’d like to link that ticket to.

If that still doesn’t work for you, you may just need to reach out to either the “Disney Park Tickets” or the “Technical Support” helpline and have a Cast Member troubleshoot for you. If the person in your Party whose ticket is missing is an adult or Guest over the age of 13 with their own My Disney Experience account, make sure you know the email address they used to set up their account, as that’s how the Cast Member will look up their information.

I wish you the best of luck, Lucy! I hope you get everything straightened out soon. Please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you or if there’s anything else we can do to help you plan your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
