Do guests still dress up for pirate night on the current Disney Wonder 4 night cruises?

Welcome Aboard planDisney, Jennifer! I am excited for you to set sail on the Disney Wonder in just a couple days.

On our August cruise on the Disney Dream, we had a Pirate Night. There were many families who were dressed in the pirate-y best (or worst) for the occasion. Since your cruise is a 4-Night sailing, you will have a modified Pirate Night. There should be pirate bandanas at your table at dinner, and a short “show” performed in the dining room.

Instead of the Bucaneer Blast fireworks show of the past, there is a new “Disney Ever After” nighttime spectacular. You will be notified which night your family should head up to the deck to enjoy this fireworks show.

Every good pirate needs a map to navigate the seas. Yours is in the form of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Here you will find everything you could possibly need while onboard the ship. From dining menus to character appearance times to Disney trivia times, it is all right in the palm of your hand. You can even select your favorites and the app will notify you about 15 minutes before to remind you to start marching to your activity.

I know you will have a WONDERful time sailing this week. Thank you for coming to planDisney with your questions.

    Bon Voyage,
    Tracy

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
