    Where is guest services located at in Downtown Disney?

    Hi, Cherie!  There are actually two locations for Guest Services in Downtown Disney.  One is on the West Side near DisneyQuest.  The other is in the Marketplace section between the Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop and Team Mickey Athletic Club. This is very close to World of Disney store.  I hope this helps.  Happy planning!
