    When will Be our Guest Restaurant open? And when will we know for reservations? I am traveling on September 20th and staying until the 30th and would just love to be able to eat there. I have been calling every other week to check and no one ever knows.

    Great question!

    I too am waiting on the opening of this new restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. For now Disney is not announcing any soft launch or formal launch dates. That is probably a good thing. Since such construction could take less or more time than planned, you just don't want to get a reservation and then find out that it is not ready yet.

    For now Disney is stating that it will open in the 'Holiday Season 2012'. By my calendar, that means that it won't open in time for you (September) or me (October), but probably will for those in the Thanksgiving or later time frames. I am not saying you should not keep calling, but I think that you should set your expectations for a possible lack of availability.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but better to know now, and plan accordingly.
