    Are we guaranteed to get into a water park? Do they close?? We are Canadian..lol..so we can handle a little chill if need be... But wonder if the water Is heated?

    Hi, Nancy! The Water Parks close when they reach capacity, but that is not likely to happen for your visit in December. They also close when there is adverse weather (thunder and lightning or extreme cold). Both Water Parks close at some point during the winter months for maintenance, but they never close both at the same time for that reason. They take turns. The water is heated, so that should not be a problem. My family and I are from Tennessee, and we have been thrilled to be swimming there on New Year's Day in the past because that could never happen at home. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
