I have a group of 12 wanting to go to Disney world in sept. We want to go for 5 days and 4 nights. When I try to book a hotel it keeps saying our party is too big or the room is unavailable for package. We all want to stay in the same room. HELP!!

Hi Stephanie,

September is a wonderful time to tour the Walt Disney World Resort! The crowds have dwindled and the weather is less humid.

Most Disney resort rooms can only accommodate four or five guests. Villas and suites can accommodate more guests. Unless you are booking a grand villa, you may have to book two or three separate reservations.

One advantage of a villa is there are full kitchens, multiple bathrooms and washer/dryer units. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer can save money because you can make meals in the room which can save on food costs. If you are flying, you might be able to pack only a carryon which can save checked bag fees.
