Welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited about your upcoming voyage on the Halcyon Starcruiser in May! I have not yet had the privilege to stay there, but two of my fellow panelists,

Crystal, were able to stay in February and loved it! You are going to have the best time.
It is so great that you will end your “out of this world” experience with a split stay. Even better, you will get to go from a “galaxy, far, far, away” to a stay in the beauty of the French Riviera over the course of your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. There is so much to do at Walt Disney World Resort that the more days you spend there, the better! Like all other Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotels, you can request a luggage transfer from
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser to
Disney’s Riviera Resort. Make sure to speak to a Cast Member at the Halcyon Bell-Services at checkout. Let them know that you will be moving to Disney’s Riviera Resort, and they will give you a claim ticket and, using a little pixie dust transfer your bags to Bell Services at Disney’s Riviera. I’ve heard that this can take some time, so while you wait, you can enjoy some time in one of the incredible Theme Parks, a shopping day at
Disney Springs, or treat yourself to some shopping. Either way, you won’t have to worry about touting your luggage around with you while waiting to check in to your next resort.
