Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Lindsay!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are so excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World! It looks like you will be arriving in a few days...WOO-HOO! We are counting down the days with you and know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever!
This is a GREAT question! I want to start off by saying that Mickey Mouse no longer requires a
theme park reservation for most guests. So, if you purchased a regular based ticket as part of a vacation package or just purchased tickets only, you do not have to worry about making reservations. Now, some theme park tickets still require reservations, like Annual Passholders, Student Group Tickets, or Sport and Convention Tickets.
If you have a ticket that still requires reservations, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that you CAN change your
Park Hopper reservations and visit
Hollywood Studios first! All you have to do is follow these simple instructions:
1. Log in to your
My Disney Experience Account.
2. Click "My Plans."
3. Locate your existing reservation for Magic Kingdom and select "Modify Reservation."
4. Choose Hollywood Studios as your new starting theme park.
(NOTE: Please keep in mind that park reservations are subject to availability.)
You are going to love the benefits you will receive from upgrading to Park Hopper Tickets! I love the flexibility you have to visit
Hollywood Studios in the morning and then run over to
Magic Kingdom to each lunch at
Liberty Tree Tavern! Oh, and I want to make sure you know there is no time restriction on when you can Park Hop to a theme park!
If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
Wes
