We have a group of 11 going. I have purchased memory maker. We may be splitting up so how can I get their photos also I am nervous that I might not get the pictures how fast are the pictures put into the account so I can check to see if there is issue.

    Hey Tina!

No worries! My family visited Walt Disney World last year with a group of 17 in our traveling party and utilized Disney's Memory Maker photo package. It worked seamlessly. To insure it works seamlessly for your traveling party as well make sure your entire group is listed on the Friends & Family list of My Disney Experience.

In the past times I have used Disney's Memory Maker the photos seemed to have shown up anywhere from 2 to 24 hours after they were taken. If you don't see pictures you expect in your account head to the concierge desk. They can help you make sure all accounts are linked correctly.

Good luck with the rest of your planning. If you have any more questions about Disney's Memory Maker or any other aspect of your Walt Disney World vacation please come back and see me.

Wishing you a *MAGICAL* vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
