Hi Lynne, and welcome to planDisney!
I can see that your visit to the Disneyland Resort is just a few weeks away. How exciting! And with a group that size, you’re sure to make countless magical memories together. Let’s start by making sure your tickets are all linked and ready to go!
There are a couple of ways to confirm your park tickets are connected to your account. First, visit the
Disneyland website and log in to your
MyDisney account using the “My Disneyland” link. If you purchased your tickets directly through Disney while signed in, they should already be automatically linked and visible on this page. If your tickets were purchased from an authorized third-party seller, you’ll just need to log in and manually enter the barcode for each ticket to link them to your account.
Alternatively, you can use the
Disneyland app. After launching the app, tap the hamburger icon in the bottom right corner and select “My Tickets and Passes.” Then, tap the plus sign in the upper right to choose “Link Tickets and Passes.” From there, you can either type in the barcode numbers or use your phone’s camera to scan the barcodes. Either way, your tickets will be linked and ready for some magical adventures in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure!
Once your tickets are linked, the next step is to make your park reservations. You can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure your preferred dates are still open. I also recommend that each member of your group download the Disneyland app and link their tickets to their individual accounts. That way, everyone can access their own ticket, join in on planning attractions and entertainment, and (equally important!) place mobile food orders when it’s time for a snack break.
With a group that size, I have a few Q-Tips for attractions that are extra fun when experienced together. First up: there’s nothing like filling a boat with your crew and setting sail on Pirates of the Caribbean. Jack Sparrow won’t know what hit him! For something more thrilling, head to Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!. Not only will you help Rocket free the Guardians, but it’s also one of the best group photo ops in the park. And when you’re ready to slow things down, a grand circle tour aboard the Disneyland Railroad is a perfect way to relax together while soaking in the sights.
Enjoy your visit, Lynne, and here’s to unforgettable moments as your group experiences the magic together. If you have any more questions, we’re always happy to help at planDisney.
Wishing you a truly magical trip,
David
