Group of 8 making our first trip to DW the 3rd week in Sept using the Deluxe Dining. How quickly do you estimate will we be able to be seated w/o ADRs(we dont want to be too restricted)? How much notice is required if we make ADRs and decide to cancel?

    Dalton,

Without  Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs), I'm afraid there is a very good chance that your group would find it impossible to be seated at all.  September has been a very busy time for table service meals the last several years, and they do fill quickly.  Reservations are accepted 180 days in advance and many people (such as myself) make those reservations exactly 180 days in advance.  Walk-up seating, especially for a large party, is likely to be unavailable.  I very strongly suggest your group make reservations.  Should you need to cancel them, 48 hour advance notice is generally what is required.

You can make reservations or inquire about specific cancelation policies by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
