Lesia from AR Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a group of at least 12. We are military family as well as first responders. What is the best way to get tickets?

    Hiya, Lesia! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort with a crew of your favorite people! You'll be just in time to experience everything that The World's Most Magical Celebration has to offer, from the glowing Beacons of Magic to all of the celebratory sweets. Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared, and you're sure to have an extra special trip awaiting you!

Lesia, let me sincerely thank you and your travel party for your service. As a military spouse, I know how special quality time is and I can't think of a better place to spend that time together than at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I would love to help you secure your Theme Park Tickets so you can continue to make plans for your magical vacation!

Walt Disney World Resort loves to salute its military service members with specially-priced tickets and rates on select Disney Resorts Collection hotels! Eligible service members can purchase Military Salute Tickets either directly from Morale, Welfare, and Recreation through your base or purchased through Shades of Green. Personally, I prefer to purchase my tickets through Shades of Green! Even though these require a small charge for shipping, I love that they get mailed to me already activated and ready to go.

Eligible military service members can purchase up to six tickets, so you will want to split your travel party into at least two groups when purchasing tickets. Nominate an eligible service member from each group to purchase the tickets for their group!

Lesia, if you're also interested in the military rates offered for select Disney Resorts Collection hotels, all you have to do is call one of the wonderful Cast Members at (407) 939-7830. One piece of advice is to try to be flexible with your resorts and dates - sometimes this can open up a whole new world of possibilities! If this is something you'd like to do, I'd recommend calling first thing in the morning when phone lines open at 7:00 EST.

Once you purchase your tickets, you'll want to make sure that you link them to your account and create Theme Park Reservations! This is the best way to make sure you've secured the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.

Lesia, I hope I was able to help you locate just the right tickets for your travel party. If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
