Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brittany!
There are lots of things in place to make sure you’re all as comfortable as possible during your vacation at the
Walt Disney World Resort. The first time my youngest daughter visited was when she was four-months-old, and she was happy as a clam the whole time. (I even have pictures to prove it!)
Brittany, the first thing you can do is request a complimentary pack ‘n play at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. That way, you don’t have to lug it with you and it will be ready and waiting for your little one to take a nice peaceful nap in it when you arrive. The best way to do that is by calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936 and asking them to make a note of it on your reservation.
Did you know that you can enter and exit any of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks as many times as you need to with your valid theme park ticket? Don’t hesitate to go back to your room when your baby needs a nap. I’ve done it every single visit with my children and it makes for a much happier baby and mommy. You can always go back to the park later in the day. If you have the park hopper option on your ticket, you can visit a different park after nap time!
Make sure to visit any of the
Baby Care Centers at the theme parks. They are well stocked with everything you may need, and they provide a great air-conditioned space to feed and change your baby. There is also a separate room for breastfeeding moms who need a rocking chair and a little peace and quiet to feed their babies.
Brittany, you can and will have a wonderful time visiting the parks with your family this coming fall! Please come back to see us if you need any more help with your planning!
