Welcome Audrey,
A group of nine! How fantastic! It sounds to me like you are planning an incredible vacation surrounded by friends & family. You are so lucky & I am super excited for all of you.
Cape May Cafe has been a perennial favorite for our family! The breakfast selection is second to none and the interactions at Minnie's Beach Bash Breakfast is always silly and fun. Minnie and the gang take their time with each Guest. It must be the beach vibes. I have to admit that I definitely needed a nice walk around Crescent Lake after a very filling dinner or two! I know you are going to enjoy it!
We have had our large family at Cape May Cafe many times, so I wanted to double-check the current party limits for you. I can book dinner reservations on most days for a group of nine Guests, but I also could not locate an available breakfast
Advance Dining Reservation. I chatted with a Cast Member to learn if that was a limit for Minnie's Beach Bash Breakfast or if the available dates have all reached capacity. He shared with me that Cape May Cafe can accommodate groups up to nineteen! So it seems that the current dates are simply reserved.
I know you really want to sport your "Beachy best" with Minnie and her pals, so here is the best plan: stretch out your fingers and be at your computer and ready at 6 am, 60-days before your
Walt Disney World Resort arrival. This is when your Advance Dining Reservation window opens for the length of your stay. Plan to reserve your table here first! If you do not see an available Advance Dining Reservation for a table of nine, then try breaking up your group into a table of five and a table for four. If you don't see any availability, then try for three tables for three Guests!
When you arrive at the podium to check-in, the friendly Cast Members can do their very best to find you tables near one another.
Audrey, I really hope that find the Advancing Dining Reservation of your dreams! Come back and join us with any other questions as you plan this wonderful vacation.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Sally
