Group of 12-14. Is it better to make ADR for 12 and later add 2 or make for 14 and later cancel ?. Also waking up a 6am for ADR's, is it better to break the group into smaller groups to get into where we want or will they be able to accommodate the whole

Hi there Kris! How exciting you will be visiting Walt Disney World with a large group!  I would definitely recommend making your Advanced DIning Reservations (ADR) for 14 people and then modifying your existing ADR later on if you need to reduce the number in your travel party.  I have found that it is easier to reduce the number on your ADR than it is to possibly add guests. In regards to your second question, I would recommend calling Disney DIning at (407) WDW-DINE to book your Advanced DIning Reservations so that you can speak to a cast member directly about your specific dates of interest. I have been told on a few occasions, when making Advanced DIning Reservations for a large party, that our group may be split and seated at different tables; however, we have always been seated together for the actual meal. When you call Disney DIning, you can have the cast member check to see if the restaurant can accommodate your party by sitting you all together or if splitting into smaller groups is necessary. I do believe it is often easier to find availability in smaller party sizes, but I have also been successful in booking Advanced DIning Reservations for groups of 12-15 guests. Guests may begin booking Advanced DIning Reservations 180 days in advance.  I hope this information helps!  Please don't hesitate to write me back if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with. Best wishes for a magical trip, Kris!
