We have a group of 4 adults planning to go to Disneyland in October 2021. I purchased e-tickets and linked all of them to my account. But now I’m thinking each of us should link out own tickets. How do I unlink the tickets from my account? —Thanks!

    Hiya Ruth!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’re planning on visiting The Happiest Place on Earth with a fun-filled group! I can't wait for you all to experience the magic and excitement of Disneyland Resort together!

Ruth, you should be able to link the tickets to more than one account, so no need to unlink the tickets. For everyone to link the tickets to their own Disneyland mobile app, have them tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. Once they have done this, select “Tickets and Passes” and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of the screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will allow the Guest to enter the number manually or scan each ticket's barcode with their smartphone's camera. If you have already tried this and it doesn’t work, I recommend you call Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can help you take care of this issue.

And do be sure you’ve also made your Theme Park reservations. We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic with your group!

    Have an enchanting time, Ruth!
