Hi Simone!
Congratulations on being new Disney Vacation Club Members! You are about to embark on the first of what I hope will be years of magical family vacations. Our family loves the flexibility and value of being able to cook meals in our villa, and grocery delivery is a great option.
For the most convenient option, you can order groceries directly from Disney Vacation Club. Each resort has its own list of what is available for order, and can be found on the
DVC Member Website. To find the grocery forms, use the Vacation Planning tab at the top of the Member Website, then choose Pre-Arrival Checklist. Grocery Delivery will be about halfway down the page. You can print out the order form for your resort and fax or mail the form to the address provided. The form must be received at least three business days prior to check-in. Groceries will be delivered after 5 p.m. on your check-in date.
I have not personally used Amazon for grocery delivery, but there are several companies in the Orlando area that deliver groceries to Walt Disney World and you are also welcome to use those. The two most popular with Members are WeGoShop.com and GardenGrocer.com. My family uses Garden Grocer for our vacations. They have a larger selection of items, and I can choose to have my items delivered earlier in the day. You can also receive a discount if you order well in advance. If our items arrive at our resort before we do, Bell Services will accept the delivery and safely keep our cold and frozen items at their appropriate temperatures until we arrive and ask for it to be delivered to our room.
Have fun as you plan your upcoming vacation, and let us know if you have additional planning questions. I wish you happy grocery shopping!
