Hi, Athena! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I frequently use grocery delivery services while
staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. Instead of leaving all of the magic in the parks to go do an everyday chore, I leave the task up to someone else.
There are some great options you have for making sure you have all the necessities. Most can be found by doing a web search for "grocery delivery Disney World." You will find some national names on the list along with some local services. Personally, I have used Instacart, Amazon Prime Now, and Garden Grocer many times. All three have provided excellent, reliable service. One thing I want to quickly note is that, if you use Amazon Prime Now, make sure you include "Now" in there. If you order from Amazon Prime, then your order will go through Mail Services and take a few days to reach you. When you order from Amazon Prime Now, you will set up delivery within a specified timeframe and a local diver will pick up your order from a local center before delivering it. The stock available at that center fluctuates daily, so you will need to check their inventory to see if they have everything you need.
The other two delivery services I mentioned utilize area grocery stores, so they have a large selection from which to choose. You will have a shopper assigned to your order and in many cases, that shopper may text you if something you picked is out of stock, giving you a chance to modify your order right then. The shopper will then either meet you in the lobby of your Disney Resort Hotel or deliver the order to Bell Services. You can pick up the order from Bell Services or have them deliver it to your room. Note that at this time, you will have a
$6 fee billed to your guest folio if you have Bell Services deliver it to your room. This fee is subject to change and does not include gratuity.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
