    I want to do our grocery delivery service soon. Our trip is in June. How can I find out if AOA will allow them to leave our groceries at front desk? Do I call AOA directly or just the help line for Disney? Thank you!

    Hi Erika!

    I was just ordering from a grocery delivery service for my family vacation in May, so I can help answer all your questions.   Disney's Art of Animation is such a fun place to stay, I know you and your family are going to have a fabulous time.   I stayed at Disney's Art of Animation last year and we had groceries delivered.   I would recommend using a reputable company such as Garden Grocer or Kelly's Personal Delivery Service, as they make multiple deliveries to Disney Resorts on a daily basis.    

    When you order the company will ask what hotel you are staying at and when you would like the groceries delivered.   When they are delivered the companies usually leave your order with Bell Services. Bell Services does have large coolers available to store cold items until you arrive in your Guest room. Once you check in  and are given your room number you can simply call Bell Services once you arrive in your room and they will bring up the groceries that you've ordered.   Many Guests use this service and you will not need to call Disney's Art of Animation or Disney's main number to get permission.
