How can I get groceries delivered to a vacation club villa?

    Hey there, Joe!

You have a few options to have groceries delivered to one of the Deluxe Villa Resorts at Walt Disney World. First, you'll find that of all of the Disney resort hotels, the deluxe villas seem to have a great selection of groceries available right there. We've picked up everything from fresh fruit and bacon to staples like ketchup and mustard. Depending on what you need, you might be able to snag it right there at your resort.

There are a few grocery delivery services available in the area. Personally, I have used Garden Grocer with great success. You give them a window of time, and they'll deliver all the things you need for a nominal charge. They go to a regular grocery store, so you're options will include everything from fresh deli meats and cheeses to cases of water or soda.

Publix Supermarkets, the big chain in the Orlando area, has grocery delivery. The groceries come right from the supermarket, and you'll even be able to see in-store specials online. You'll have to sign up for a Publix account, but keep an eye out for specials on delivery. They've been running one where your first order is delivered free.

You can use Instacart, which at least here in NJ offers groceries in as little as an hour. You'll be assigned a personal shopper, choose a supermarket, and make your order. They text you when items have to be substituted or are unavailable, so it's nice to have that personal touch.

Non-perishable items can be ordered from Amazon Prime Now. Just make sure you put your arrival date and resort on the order.

    Have fun, Joe!
