Can we still get groceries delivered to our room or hotel? If so, where do you suggest buying from?

Hello again, Kelly! Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for asking another wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

One of my absolute favorite parts of staying at a Disney Resort hotel are the numerous amenities available right there at our resort! Whether we need a quick bite to eat or some fun souvenirs to take back home, there are many different items available through the various dining and merchandise locations at each Disney Resort hotel. That being said, sometimes our family needs specific items from the grocery store. This is particularly true since our family has specific dietary allergies that sometimes call for very specific items.

Fortunately, it is incredibly easy to have groceries delivered right to your Disney Resort hotel as well! All you have to do is place your order with a grocery delivery service and put in your Disney Resort hotel’s address. Deliveries will be taken directly to Bell Services and dropped off there. This allows you to either stop by Bell Services to collect your order free of charge or have a helpful Cast Member bring your order directly to your room. If you opt to do the later, it is important to note that Bell Services does charge a $6 fee to your room account for each order brought to your room. This is a great option for Guests on the go that do not have the time to pick up their own groceries from the front of their resort. Personally, I find this to be a great deal that takes one more item off of my to-do list during my own family’s busy trips!

Some of our favorite services to use are Garden Grocer and Instacart but there are many different options available! With that in mind, I strongly encourage you to take a look and see which service will best fit your own family's needs.

From my family’s experience, I highly recommend making a list of needed groceries prior to your arrival. This cuts down on some of the stress and allows you to place your order with little effort. Some of our go-to items are a case of water bottles, allergen-friendly snacks, and dairy-free coffee creamer. We are massive coffee fans so we always make sure we have our favorite coffee creamer ready for us upon our arrival!

Best of luck continuing to prepare for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort and don’t hesitate to stop back by with more questions!
