Hi Randy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
All Guests, whether or not they have purchased Memory Maker, are welcome to take advantage of
Disney's PhotoPass Service to capture photos. Ride and attraction photos will be "automagically" linked to a Disney account when Guests are wearing
MagicBands, or
photos can be linked by scanning a MagicBand, ticket card, Memory Maker card, or Disney PhotoPass card at attractions that have a photo preview area or when capturing photos with a Disney PhotoPass photographer. Photos may then be purchased by ordering prints or photo products, or by paying for downloads of individual photos.
If you have connected with other Guests through your
My Disney Experience accounts and
set photo sharing permission with each other, you will be able to view each other's photos, even if you were not together when the photos were captured. Anyone is welcome to purchase any of the photos.
Memory Maker is an entitlement that allows the purchaser to download
all their Disney PhotoPass photos for one price,
including photos of up to 25 Guests in their Family and Friends list. It is important to know that this entitlement only gives the purchaser or
owner of the Memory Maker entitlement permission to download photos. If your friends would like to be able to download photos from their own accounts, they would also need to purchase the Memory Maker package. However, once downloaded, the
photos are yours to share however you like (for personal, non-commercial use.) You may print them, email them, share on social media, or create an online album to share with your friends.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you
plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Enjoy your trip!
Anne Marie
