Greetings! I know Disney is extremely helpful with special diets. what resources can I use to stick to a paleo diet?

    Dear Jodie,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning your meals during your upcoming vacation!

You are correct in that the Walt Disney World Resort goes above and beyond when it comes to guests and their individual dietary needs! It's something that I love about Disney so much!

Most Walt Disney World Resort restaurants can accommodate various diets, and I'm thinking that with a paleo diet, you may be helped out by some of the gluten-free menu options that are already in place. Obviously those are not the same thing, but at least might be a jumping off place for options that will work. There are plenty of options that would be a meat and a veggie, for example, and you could eliminate the starch that would have come with the meal.

If those don't work for you, you can speak to a chef or another Cast Member to discuss the options that they might have for in terms of substitutions and modifications.

I hope that helps with your magical planning!
