    Greetings Mom's (and Dad's) panel! I'm getting ready to book my 2012 trip, and I'm wondering if it would be best to book online and then call and ask for a AAA discount or to just call. Thanks for the help LOVE the panel!!!

    Hi Nicole,

    I personally have found that when I'm booking a room with anything other than a 100% standard reservation, it makes more sense to start with a phone call rather than go online. If you call Disney, you will be able to speak with a real person who can verify your discount. This saves the hassle of you having to look on the form and get nervous about whether you filled it out correctly or not.

    The Disney reservationist will give you confirmation numbers that you can use to verify your booking, as well as use to make future dining reservations.

    You can book your room over the phone by calling 407-W-DISNEY.
