What are some great locations to view Happily Ever After, the Electric Water Parade and Once Upon a Time if we're NOT staying at a Disney resort? Want to find one location and stay put.....

    Hi Darlene!

We love enjoying the fireworks when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort, so I completely understand wanting to make sure you see everything!  The best place to view Happily Ever After, Once Upon A Time, and the Electrical Water Pageant is Magic Kingdom Park so you can get the full experience of the projections on Cinderella Castle, but if you are looking for somewhere outside of the park, there are quite a few great options!

Luckily, even if you are not a Guest of one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you can still explore them and enjoy some of their amenities, like the delicious dining locations!  'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort all have fantastic views of Cinderella Castle, so getting a reservation at one of these locations around the time of the fireworks is a great option!  That being said, there are plenty of other ways to enjoy the fireworks without a reservation, like watching from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort while enjoying a DOLE WHIP from Pineapple Lanai!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!

Hi y’all!  I am an Army wife, a college instructor, a dog-mom, and a lover of all things Disney!  Planning a Disney vacation is my favorite pastime—other than actually going on a Disney vacation, of course—and I love helping others make the most of their magical trip!  If I am not at the Walt Disney World Resort, I am putting the pixie-dusted touches on my next trip!
