    What a great information tool you have here! My question is about the revisions on the 2008 dining plan......I would much rather have a salad instead of a dessert on the Table Service....will they make substitutions? Thanks! Lisa

    Hi Lisa,

    As flexible as Disney is, they will not make the substitution on the dining plan. 

    However, you do not have to eat the dessert and some of their desserts are healthy.
