    You are all so great at giving advice!! We will be at MK on xmas Eve and I am wondering if we need a special ticket for that evening. Already have 5 day ticket with WP & more add on. Also, any ideas for NYE in Downtown Disney ( non-park day)? Thank you

    Thank you for your kind words! We love helping guests have the best experience at the Walt Disney World Resorts!

    You will not need an additional ticket to enter Magic Kingdom on December 24. This is a regular admission day and what a great place to spend the night prior to Christmas Day. 

    As for New Year's Eve in Downtown Disney you can use an option and visit DisneyQuest. This interactive park is full of fun games for the entire family. You can ride down a virtual river or build your own roller coaster. 

    I recommend booking a dinner either at Wolfgang Puck's Grand Cafe or Bongos Cuban Cafe. Both of these are two of my family's favorites at this location. You can also go bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes or listen to the DJ at the Marketplace who will ring in the fun for 2015.
