I reached out to a Cast Member to find out the exact mattress type used in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The Cast Member informed me that the mattresses found in Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort can be purchased through the Beautyrest Hospitality Line on the Beautyrest Guest Purchase website. Simply do an internet search for “Beautyrest Guest Purchase Program.” Once you find the website, select “Hotels” at the top, then choose “Shop Now” under “Disney.” The mattress listed as the one used in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is the Disney Pillowtop.
